from XXL to S?

waaalaaweiiii... tgk tajuk jer pun rasa mcm xpercaya... AKHIRNYA I managed to fit into size S.. tp i guess for baju yg cuttingnye bukan jenis melekap dibdn la kot... or i think yg ketat2 size M, yg a bit longgar tu size S... kalau dulu, S is BIG NO NO... nk sarung pun xlepas...

so, i ada post status about this to my FB, n ramai my frens asked me the tips... waahhhh, mcm lah hebat benau.. ahahaha... uolss, body i nih bukan ler mcm J.Lo ke, Kim Kardashians ke... ehehehe... perut stil flabby, n i think kene pi buat treatment jugak kot.. ahahaha... xpe, tu nti bila dh tutup kilang kita boleh pi baikpulih strukturnye... ahahaha... buat skang kt rugi... elok2 byr riban2 terpreknen, buat rugiiii jer kan...

so how i managed to fit into size S?
1. i do believe a good combination of exercise and diet really helps in reducing ur weight... and my diet is a strict diet... CARBS xspecially the white one are BANNED from my diet.. hahaha.. nk energy i take oats, wholemeal bread which i only allowed to take one slice per day and that's ok for me... if feeling really week, apple juice blend it with milk can help to keep u feel ALIVE.. hehehe.. lg satu, i practice diet yg ikut blood type... n according to my blood type, in order to reduce my weight i need to take more protein n carbs intake are in small portion.. ;) so, do n go check ur type of blood n match with the right diet...

2. exercise? bukan saje this one utk shape ur bdn but exercise should be one of ur lifestyle... taaapi i tau ramai yg ckp xde masa sbb kerja tp 10 mins a day pun dh cukup.. simple workout n target which area u nk reduce... pastu hujung minggu, hari sabtu ahad tu cuti kan... haaaa, bangun pagi2 pg morning walk ke, jogging ke... tp ramai yg malas... xpe, ptg2 pun boooolehhhh... tp kalau nk lemak terbakar dgn efficient exercise pg so ur metabolisme rate cantik.. ;)

3. semangat kene kuat and jitu... kdg2 kita ckp jer nk diet, tp bila ada makanan sedap depan mata dh xboleh resist... mcm i, i buat target... once i don't hit the target jgn ler nk mimpi nk mkn nasi ke, cake ke, ice-cream ke, minum ayaq gas ke... serius u kena kuat semangat... pi kenduri pun mkn daging seketui ngan sayuq.. apa nak ada? xleh mkn la ni, esok2 boleh mkn.. insya allah... lgpun my tagline tak mati pun kalau tak makan... hahahaha... BOLEH?? bukan xmkn langsung satu hari suntuk, tp xmkn benda yg sedap2.. sbbnya yg sedap2 tu slalunya MEMBARHAYAAA...

4. i am full occupied- i lately ni bz.. bila bz, letih n byk benda nk pk mmg i xlarat n xde appetite nk mkn... kdg2 i mkn sekali jer.. kdg2 xmkn sbb xlarat sgt2... tapi kalau i am bored, xde benda nk buat i tend to eat.. hehehe...

5. i hari2 pi masak kt kedai mkn my father... masak bukan sikit... standard utk mkn 20 org... mula2 masak mmg lenguh2 tgn... hahaha... tp skang ok dh... pastu kedai tu dr pkul 8.30 sampai pkul 10.30 mmg org ramai xhenti dtg.. alhamdulillah... tp akibatnye, me xde mase nk duduk.. mmg dh rasa mcm lari marathon.. sana sini, sana sini... pheww!! *lap peluhh** So i think di sini menyumbang serba sedikit dlm penurunan i from M ke S... ;D

6. DINNER is a BIG NO NO for me... my last dinner would before 6 p.m... 7p.m is still a bit late for me... n after that, NO FOOD INTAKE is allowed even sebijik kismis pun... LAPAR?? trick ur stomach with drink a lots of plain water... n sleep early! i admit i do sleep early sbb kalau lambat tido perut ku mula berkeroncong... ohhh tidakkk, baik i masuk tido jer.. dah senang hati.. hahaha... kdg2 husband pun komplen... kikiki...

7. ICED/COLD WATER!!!!! kalau boleh elak kan... hehehe... sbb dia membantu dlm membuncitkan perut anda... hahahaha... tp i kalau xtahan darurat bubuh satu dua ketul jer... jd laaa... sbb tgh musim panas ni kan... tp for me lah, iced/cold water xmembantu langsung pun dlm menghilangkan dahaga... i prefer plain water.... room temp plain water... ;)


hmm.. rasenye itu je la kot... sbbnye i pun xde lah gojes mana pun kan... hahaha... tp i nih excited sbb lepas pregnantkan marissa bdn mmg mengembang dan membesar sampai mcm2 lah org gelar... bila ingat balik tu yg jd tekad utk kurus sbb ramai yg mempertikaikan sama ada i can kurus balik... tp alhamdulillah... I DID IT!! ;D

xde keroje awok nk beli baju kalau udah mcm sarung nangka
hahaha


tp ramai pulak komplen i kurus bebenor...
kot sbb td pkai cenggini nampak benor laihnye kot
hahahaha
