pastu pg rumah my mom ada cekodok kann i mkn 5 ketul.. huhu
aktiviti: sit up 50x

diet ada lah hancur kerana pergi berjalan2... sekian.. kekeke

adeehhh.... serius la... dh salah hapdet nih... xpee... start balik lah hari ni... huhuhu... tp rase bdn mcm ringan and perut mengempis... hahaha... yea2 jer perasan sendiri... kdg2 mungkin berat statik tp baju2 longgar so yg itu kita nak... kalau berat turun tp baju2/seluar pkai xde longgar still mcm tu maksudnye bukan lemak2 yg hilang tuh... haaa... xpe, ape2 pun yg penting kita jaga kesihatan kita... less fat intake, less sugar, less salt... feel healthy! ;)
oh ya BTW semlm tgk si kimora nih... ohh she lost soo many weight lahh... and u can totally see her body 'shrunk' into a smaller size...
