MY JOURNAL DIET DAY 3,4,5 ,6,7....

dahhh mati ler nk ingat balik mkn ape... hahaha... ok2.. nk mengingat balik lah nih.. tp rase2 mcm tak betul la pulak... kira2 xcukup day... susah pulak kalau start bukan hari isnin... jd tunggang tebalik... kena restart balik nih.... adoiii.. xpe lah i just update jer sbb dh janji kan...

FRIDAY:
Breakfast
milo

Lunch
ikan keli goreng and sayur+ milo ais

Minum ptg merangkap dinner
pg burger king sbb marissa request so mkn ler sikit fries dlm 5, nugget dia apeke name xingat dlm 3 ketul + air mango peach
pastu pg rumah my mom ada cekodok kann i mkn 5 ketul.. huhu

aktiviti: sit up 50x

SABTU

diet ada lah hancur kerana pergi berjalan2... sekian.. kekeke

AHAD

breakfast

sepotong kecil fruit cake

lunch:
xde

minum ptg:
fruit and bihun goreng semangkuk kecil
milo
keropok 2 keping

aktiviti membakar kalori:
sit up 50x

adeehhh.... serius la... dh salah hapdet nih... xpee... start balik lah hari ni... huhuhu... tp rase bdn mcm ringan and perut mengempis... hahaha... yea2 jer perasan sendiri... kdg2 mungkin berat statik tp baju2 longgar so yg itu kita nak... kalau berat turun tp baju2/seluar pkai xde longgar still mcm tu maksudnye bukan lemak2 yg hilang tuh... haaa... xpe, ape2 pun yg penting kita jaga kesihatan kita... less fat intake, less sugar, less salt... feel healthy! ;)

oh ya BTW semlm tgk si kimora nih... ohh she lost soo many weight lahh... and u can totally see her body 'shrunk' into a smaller size...
